Acting Planning Manager Diana O'Dell gave an overview of the project. <br />Peter Tsai made a presentation on behalf of project applicant The Sobrato <br />Organization. <br />Mayor Bain opened the Public Hearing. The following members of the public <br />spoke: <br />• Christine Padilla <br />• Lisa Riedle <br />• Alexander Melendez <br />• Dantis Sims <br />• Bart Adams <br />• Christian Black <br />• Kat Wortham <br />• James Ruigomez <br />Motion and second, Masur/Borgens, to close the Public Hearing. The motion <br />passes 6-0 by voice vote with Vice Mayor Howard absent. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution certifying the EIR, adopting CEQA Findings, a Statement of <br />Overriding Considerations and a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, <br />and approving a Water Supply Assessment; <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving an Architectural Permit, Planned Development <br />Permit, Use Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, two State Density Bonus Law <br />concessions and an Affordable Housing Plan; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution amending the Recycled Water Service Area. <br />CEQA: <br />Environmental Impact Report <br />Motion and second, Masur/Aguirre, to (1) adopt Resolution 15768 certifying the <br />EIR, adopting CEQA Findings, a Statement of Overriding Considerations and a <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and approving a Water Supply <br />Assessment (2) adopt Resolution 15769 approving an Architectural Permit, <br />Planned Development Permit, Use Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, two State <br />Density Bonus Law concessions and an Affordable Housing Plan; and (3) adopt <br />Resolution 15770 amending the Recycled Water Service Area.
