7.13. Adoption of a short-term rental registration fee (205) RESO 15771 <br />Management Analyst Christopher Dacumos made a presentation. <br />Mayor Bain opened the Public Hearing. There was no public comment. <br />Motion and second, Hale/Borgens, to close the Public Hearing. The motion <br />passes 6-0 by voice vote with Vice Mayor Howard absent. <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving a Short -Term Rental Registration Fee; and <br />2. By motion, direct staff to administratively incorporate the Short -Term Rental <br />Registration Fee into the City's Master Fee Schedule <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Aguirre/Borgens, to (1) adopt Resolution 15771 approving <br />a Short -Term Rental Registration Fee and (2) by motion, direct staff to <br />administratively incorporate the Short -Term Rental Registration Fee into the <br />City's Master Fee Schedule. The motion passes 5-0-1 by electronic vote with <br />Councilmember Reddy abstained (exited chambers prior to vote) and Vice <br />Mayor Howard absent. <br />8. STAFF REPORTS <br />8.A.
