Motion and second, Aguirre/Borgens, to adopt Resolution 15772 authorizing <br />execution and delivery of a supplement to the Silicon Valley Clean Water <br />(SVCW) Joint Powers Agreement and an amendment to the Financing <br />Agreement with SVCW relating to a Water Infrastructure Finance and <br />Innovation Act Loan Agreement (WIFIA Loan Agreement) with the United States <br />Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and 2019 Wastewater Revenue Notes, <br />and approving related documents and official actions. The motion passes 6-0 by <br />electronic vote with Vice Mayor Howard absent. <br />9. STUDY SESSIONS - NONE <br />30. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br />10.A. City Council Member Report of Conferences Attended <br />A. City Councilmember report of conference/meeting attendance <br />10.B. City Council Committee Reports <br />30.C. City Manager (Oral) Update <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson -Diaz reported on the following: <br />• Recommended budget will be presented at the June 10 Council meeting <br />• Remodeling and increased housing size and Accessory Dwelling Units will be <br />discussed at the June 24 Council meeting <br />• Proposed housing legislation for Council discussion has been postponed to <br />next calendar year <br />11. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion and second, Hale/Borgens, to adjourn passes 6-0 by voice vote.
