EXHIBIT A <br />I. Scope of Work <br />Contractor shall provide new and unused LED light fixtures, photocell controllers and fixture mounting <br />arms (collectively, "materials"), for City street lights to replace existing fixture types. Contractor shall <br />provide City with a survey of existing light fixtures, which shall be completed in advance of City's <br />ordering of materials. City shall determine which fixtures to be surveyed, and survey timeline. <br />Materials ordered shall be complete with a full 10 -year manufacturer's warranty from the ship date of <br />materials. Photocell controllers shall have a 20 -year expected life. Each fixture type shall meet or <br />exceed the general, mechanical, electrical, life, warranty, photometric and performance specifications <br />per Sections A through F listed below. <br />A.
