omissions of Grantee, its officers, agents, or employees. This provision will survive <br />the expiration or earlier termination of this grant. <br />(8) The Grantee will provide to the Foundation such other information as may be <br />necessary or desirable to permit the Foundation to exercise its responsibility for the <br />supervision of the grant as required by the Internal Revenue Code. <br />(9) Failure to observe any of the grant's conditions following notice by the Foundation <br />and provided that Grantee does not cure the default as identified by the Foundation <br />within thirty (30) days of the notice date and to the satisfaction of the Foundation will <br />be deemed a default on the part of the Grantee.
