6.G. - Page 3 of 4 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funding for this project is included in the adopted FY 2018-19 capital budget, as well as the recommended <br />FY 2019-20 capital budget, in the following funds: GID 1-64 Facilities Fund, Transportation Fund, Road <br />Maintenance & Rehabilitation Act Fund, and the Capital Outlay Fund. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As proposed, the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines under Section 15301(c), Class 1 ("Existing Facilities") for the repair and <br />maintenance of existing highways and streets with negligible or no expansion of an existing use.
