complete and Case Closure Letter issued by San Mateo County on March
6, 2012; and
5) There will be no substantial adverse change in the significance of a
historical resource because the site does not contain any historic
resources.
Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15091(e), the documents and other
materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City Council
has based its decision are located in and may be obtained from, the Office of the
City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City California. The City Clerk is
the custodian of records for all matters before the City.
Section 3. Tentative Map (TM2018-004): The Planning Commission
finds that:
a. The map, design, and improvements of the proposed subdivision are
consistent with the City of Redwood City General Plan, the City of
Redwood City Municipal Code, the City of Redwood City Zoning
Ordinance, and all applicable subdivision improvement requirements. The
subdivision for residential condominiums complies with the density,
setback and access requirements of the zoning code and is consistent
with the General Plan land use designation of Residential High Density;
and
b. The site of the proposed subdivision is physically suited for the type and
density of the proposed development in that the project density is
consistent with the zoning and general plan designation and there is
sufficient provision for open space and sufficient area for on-site
circulation; and
c. The design and proposed improvements are not likely to cause substantial
environmental damage, or substantially and avoidably injure fish, wildlife
or their habitat, or cause serious public health problems in that there are
no identified environmental impacts associated with the project, no
significant impacts to wildlife and as a residential development, will not
cause serious public health problems because the existing site is not
designated habitat and the proposed residential development is not
expected to eliminate or harm designated habitat; and
d. The design and proposed improvements of the proposed subdivision will
not conflict with essential public easements for access through, or use of,
property within the proposed subdivision. There are no public easements
or access requirements through the site.
e. The proposed subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and
improvement, is consistent with the General Plan as described in the staff
report per Government Code Section 66473.5.
Section 4. Condominium Permit (CP2018-002): The Planning
Commission finds that:
ATTY/RESO.0108/PC RESO APPROVING PERMITS TO 211-217 VERA AVENUE
REV: 12-05-18 PR
