[SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />15. Bicycle Parking - Provide for 28 bicycle storage spaces and demonstrate this on the <br />building permit plans. [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />16. Clean Air Vehicle Parking- Provide designated parking for any combination of low - <br />emitting, fuel-efficient and carpool/vanpool vehicles consistent with building code <br />requirements, estimated at 23 spaces. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />17. Awnings and Canopies. A revocable encroachment permit is required for awnings and <br />canopies projecting into the right of way at time of building permit issuance. <br />18. Transportation Demand Management Program - A final Transportation Demand <br />Management (TDM) program, describing the elements to be implemented, shall be <br />reviewed and approved prior to certificate of building occupancy. The TDM program <br />shall include an annual reporting requirement for the first three years that details <br />daytime parking utilization rates and employee use and awareness of the program. <br />Annual reporting shall begin on December 1 of each year. [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />19. Parking. As the parking is to be shared, the applicant shall: [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />a. Enter into shared parking agreement as required by Condition <br />22 (d). <br />b. Install a digital sign at the garage entrance identifying: 1) When <br />public parking is open, 2) Real-time parking availability. <br />c. Provide real-time parking occupancy data, for the periods the <br />garage is open to the public, to the City or its designated vendor through a <br />standard API (Application Program Interface). <br />20. Discards Collection - Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall <br />submit to Engineering a Discards Collection Plan for review and approval. The plan shall <br />include the following elements and additional elements as required by City staff: <br />[CCA] [ENGINEERING] <br />a. Adequate Space: Adequate space for trash, recycling and composting <br />(Discards) storage and servicing areas shall be provided, including areas for <br />wastes banned from regular trash containers such as electronics, fluorescent <br />lamps and batteries. Residential properties will also provide area for bulky item <br />collection such as mattresses, furniture, tires and white goods. Space provided <br />for recyclable materials shall equal or exceed the space provided for trash <br />materials and be appropriately -sized. <br />b. Convenience and Accessibility: If the storage area is located outside, then it <br />must be easily accessible by the collection vehicles.
