Exterior Lighting - Provide a lighting plan for proposed exterior lighting, <br />including cut sheets, a photometric site plan demonstrating light levels and a <br />diagram showing light spillover. Transportation Demand Management Program and Parking - The hotel <br />operator shall implement the Transportation Demand Management <br />program prepared by Hexagon Transportation Consultants, dated <br />December 17, 2018. Loading - Provide one loading berth and one loading area according to <br />the requirements and dimensions outlined in Section 30.8 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />18. Electric Vehicle Charging Stations - Provide for 10 onsite parking spaces <br />designated for low -emission vehicles, including 7 spaces equipped with <br />electrical vehicle (EV) charging stations (minimum of 3%) and <br />demonstrate this on the building permit plans. Agreements - Prior to Building Permit Issuance, enter into the following <br />agreements in a form acceptable to the City Attorney and the Community <br />Development Director: [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />a. A Landscape Maintenance Agreement for all assigned landscape <br />areas in public rights of way, easements, and/or on property in <br />which the City holds an interest to be maintained.
