The fee is <br />estimated at $264,709 for Water fee, $19,200 for Wastewater Capital <br />Facilities, $145,433 for Wastewater Treatment Capacity, $143,267 for <br />Wastewater Inflow and Infiltration fee. Notice Of Fees Protest - The applicant may protest any fees, <br />dedications, reservations, or other exactions imposed by the City as part of <br />the approval or as a condition of approval of this development. Per <br />California Government Code Section 66020, this 90 -day protest period <br />has begun as of the date of the approval of this application. Bicycle Parking - Provide for 12 bicycle parking spaces total including, eight <br />covered bicycle storage spaces in the parking garage, four bicycle racks in <br />the public right-of-way, which should be demonstrated on the building <br />permit plans. Street Trees - A total of 13 (24 -inch box) street trees shall be planted <br />along The Marshall Street, Beech Street, and Broadway Street frontages. <br />The tree species and location will be determined by the City Arborist. <br />These improvements shall be included as part of the building permit <br />submittal package. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - The applicant shall replace or <br />repair street, curb, gutter, driveway approaches, sidewalk and streetscape <br />treatment to City standards and as determined by the City Landscape <br />Architect.
