6ink EXHIBIT A <br />Redwood <br />Aa L8a7 <br />City CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1690 Broadway <br />AP2018-082 Architectural Permit, UP2018-017 Use Permit, and PDA2018-001 <br />Planned Development Permit <br />The following Conditions of Approval [COA] and Standard Development Requirements <br />[SDR] apply to this project. The WAS are specific conditions applicable to the <br />proposed project. The SDRs are items which are codified or adopted by resolution and <br />have been included for ease of reference, they may not be appealed or changed. The <br />SDRs are not intended as a comprehensive list. The WAS and SDRs are grouped under <br />specific headings that relate to the subject matter and the responsible division is <br />described in brackets, i.e. [PLANNING]. <br />The applicant is responsible for the fulfillment of all conditions and standard <br />development requirements, unless specifically stated otherwise. <br />In addition to complying with all applicable City, County, State and Federal Statutes, <br />Codes, Ordinances, Resolutions and Regulations, Permittee expressly accepts and <br />agrees to comply with the following Conditions of Approval and Standard <br />Development Requirements of this Permit: <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />1. Substantial Conformity - Applicant shall ensure that all improvements <br />substantially conform to the project plans prepared by SKL Associate Inc. <br />submitted on January 10, 2019, and related information submitted by the <br />Applicant, on file with Planning Services. [COA] [PLANNING] <br />Building Permit <br />2. Conditions in Building Permit Plans - All conditions of approval shall be <br />printed on the first page of the plans submitted to the Building Division for <br />a building permit. [COA] [PLANNING] <br />Fees <br />The following fees shall be paid in full prior to issuance of the building <br />permit. <br />3.
