52. Additional Signs - Any additional signage requires review and approval by <br />the Zoning Administrator. [SDR] [PLANNING] <br />53. Temporary Signs - A separate permit is required for banners or other <br />temporary signage on the site. [SDR] [PLANNING] <br />54. Sign Design - Raceways, mounting brackets, conduits, transformers or <br />other mechanical or electrical attachments shall be hidden from view unless <br />specifically approved by the Zoning Administrator. [COA] [PLANNING] <br />55. Installation Work - Installation work conducted over the public right-of- <br />way shall require an Encroachment Permit and comply with Engineering <br />standards. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />Fire <br />56. Emergency Responder Radio Coverage System - This project is required to <br />have Emergency Responder Radio Coverage Systems (ERRCS) installed in the <br />building and garage in accordance with CFC 510 and NFPA 1221. [COA] [FIRE] <br />57. Fire Department Knox Building Access - Knox Key boxes on the building is <br />required as part of this project to allow emergency access for firefighters. <br />Indicate on the plans that Knox Key boxes will be provided at all entrances to <br />the building at locations approved by the fire department. Recessed key boxes <br />shall be installed at all entrances five to six feet above finished grade CFC <br />506.[COA] [FIRE] <br />58. Available Water Supply to Project Site - Provide current fire flow <br />information from the water purveyor to indicate the maximum available <br />water flow in gallons per minute (GPM) at a minimum of 20 pounds per <br />square inch (psi) residual pressure. This information must be dated and <br />indicate the information is the most current information available from the <br />water purveyor. If the available water supply does not meet fire code <br />requirements, water system infrastructure improvements will be required <br />CFC 507.1. [COA] [FIRE] <br />59. Fire Hydrants - The number and location of Fire Hydrants based on the <br />required fire flow for this project shall be determined utilizing Appendix B <br />and C of the CFC. [COA] [FIRE] <br />60.
