[SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />Street Infrastructure Improvements <br />35. Streetlights -Anew streetlight shall be installed, if needed, as determined by the City <br />Engineer. The style and location of all streetlights shall be as determined by the City <br />Engineer and Planning Manager. [COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />36. Repair or Replace Street Infrastructure - Restore streets surrounding the project site to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion. This shall include spot repair as <br />needed and an overlay of the full street width along the project frontage on Finger Avenue. <br />The Engineer shall approve the preferred layout of pavement markings. <br />[SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />37. Frontage Improvements - Replace existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk along both frontages <br />of the project site. The frontage improvements along the E1 Camino Real frontage shall be <br />consistent with the recently installed adjacent improvements. Street trees and street lights <br />shall be required, spaced at minimum intervals along project frontage. Tree species shall be <br />as determined by the City. Newly planted street trees shall be irrigated and maintained by <br />the applicant. Streetlights shall consist of traffic -scale "cobra -head" style and pedestrian -scale <br />"post -top" style lights. Traffic -scale lights will be publicly owned, powered, and maintained. <br />Pedestrian -scale lights shall be privately owned, powered, and maintained by the project. <br />[COA] [ENGINEERING] <br />Construction -Related Activities <br />38. Verification for Dimensions - All dimensions, including building location on the site, <br />setbacks, building height, etc. shall be verified by a licensed surveyor. A survey report shall be <br />provided to the Building Inspector for review and approval. [COA] [BUILDING] <br />39. Sales and Use Taxes - Applicant shall use good faith efforts to register with the Board of <br />Equalization to create an ID prior to project construction and operation. This maximizes the <br />City's allocation of sales and use taxes associated with project construction. Hours of Construction - On -Site Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and <br />8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on weekends by the Building Official, <br />and shall adhere to the City's Noise Ordinance. If possible, the noisiest construction activities <br />would be scheduled for daytime hours when the ambient noise levels are highest. <br />[SDR] [BUILDING] <br />41. Construction Sign - Prior to the start of any construction work, including demolition, install <br />at least one 36" x 48" (minimum) construction sign in a visible location along the project <br />frontage for the duration of construction.
