Approval Subject to Conditions: The Architectural Permit, Planned <br />Development Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, and Condominium Permit are hereby <br />approved based on the Planning Commission's consideration and reliance on the <br />CEQA Memorandum and in accordance with the attached and referenced plans, details, <br />and descriptions contained therein, attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference, and subject to the Conditions of Approval as provided in Exhibit A attached to <br />this Resolution. <br />Section 10.
