Impact HW -9: Implementation of the Project would not expose people or structures to a significant risk of loss, injury, or death involving flooding, including flooding as a result of the failure of a levee or dam. Impact HW -10: Implementation of the Project would not expose people or structures to a significant risk of loss, injury or death involving inundation by seiche, tsunami, or mudflow. Impact HW -11: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to hydrology or water quality. 10. Land Use and Planning. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to land use and planning are based on the analyses on pages 4.9-7 to 4.9-13 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact LU -1: Implementation of the Project would not physically divide and established community. Impact LU -2: Implementation of the Project would not conflict with any applicable land use plan, policy, or regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the project adopted for the purpose of avoiding or mitigating an environmental effect. Impact LU -3: Implementation of the Project would not conflict with any applicable habitat conservation plan or natural community conservation plan. Impact LU -4: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to land use and planning. 11. Mineral Resources. The finding that the Project would not have any impacts on mineral resources is based on the analysis on page 7.1 of the DEIR, which is hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. 12. Noise. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to noise are based on the analyses on pages 4.10-11 to 4.10-22 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact NO -2: Implementation of the Project would not cause exposure of persons to or generation of excessive groundborne vibration or groundborne noise levels. Impact NO -3: Implementation of the Project would not result in a substantial permanent increase in ambient noise levels in the Project vicinity above levels existing without the project. Impact NO -5: Implementation of the Project would not cause exposure of people residing or working in the vicinity of the Project to excessive aircraft noise levels. Impact NO -6: Implementation of the Project would not cause exposure of people residing or working in the vicinity of the Project to excessive aircraft noise levels.
