13. Population and Housing. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts <br />relating to population and housing are based on the analyses on pages 4.11-9 to 4.11-12 of the <br />DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact PH -1: Implementation of the Project would not induce substantial <br />population growth in an area, either directly or indirectly. <br />Impact PH -2: Implementation of the Project would not displace substantial <br />numbers of existing housing, necessitating the construction of replacement housing <br />elsewhere. <br />Impact PH -3: Implementation of the Project would not displace substantial <br />numbers of people, necessitating the construction of replacement housing <br />elsewhere. <br />Impact PH -4: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to population and housing. <br />14. Public Services and Recreation. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts <br />relating to public services and recreation are based on the analyses on pages 4.12-3 to 4.12-18 <br />of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact PS -1: Implementation of the Project would not result in the need for new <br />or physically altered fire protection facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios, <br />response times, or other performance objectives. <br />Impact PS -2: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to fire protection services. <br />Impact PS -3: Implementation of the Project would not result in the need for new <br />or physically altered police facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios, <br />response times, or other performance objectives. <br />Impact PS -4: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to police services. <br />Impact PS -5: Implementation of the Project would not result in the need for new <br />or physically altered park facilities or other recreational facilities, the construction <br />of which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain <br />acceptable service ratios or other performance objectives. <br />Impact PS -6: Implementation of the Project would not increase the use of existing <br />neighborhood and regional parks or other recreational facilities, such that <br />substantial physical deterioration of the facilities would occur or be accelerated. <br />Impact PS -7: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to parks. <br />ATTY/RESO.0036/PC RESO CERTIFYING THE EIR — SOBRATO <br />REV: 04-29-19 PR <br />Page 13 of 29 <br />
