13. Population and Housing. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts relating to population and housing are based on the analyses on pages 4.11-9 to 4.11-12 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. Impact PH -1: Implementation of the Project would not induce substantial population growth in an area, either directly or indirectly. Impact PH -2: Implementation of the Project would not displace substantial numbers of existing housing, necessitating the construction of replacement housing elsewhere. Impact PH -3: Implementation of the Project would not displace substantial numbers of people, necessitating the construction of replacement housing elsewhere. Impact PH -4: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to population and housing. 14. Public Services and Recreation. Impact PS -3: Implementation of the Project would not result in the need for new or physically altered police facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios, response times, or other performance objectives. Impact PS -4: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to police services. Impact PS -5: Implementation of the Project would not result in the need for new or physically altered park facilities or other recreational facilities, the construction of which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios or other performance objectives. Impact PS -6: Implementation of the Project would not increase the use of existing neighborhood and regional parks or other recreational facilities, such that substantial physical deterioration of the facilities would occur or be accelerated. Impact PS -7: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with respect to parks.
