Impact PS -8: Implementation of the Project would not result in the need for new <br />or physically altered school facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios or <br />other performance objectives. <br />Impact PS -9: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to school services. <br />Impact PS -10: Implementation of the Project would not result in the need for new <br />or physically altered library facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain acceptable service ratios or <br />other performance objectives. <br />Impact PS -11: The Project, in combination with past, present, and reasonably <br />foreseeable projects, would result in less -than -significant cumulative impacts with <br />respect to libraries. <br />15. Transportation and Traffic. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts <br />relating to transportation and traffic are based on the analyses on pages 4.13-15 to 4.13-35 of <br />the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact TT -3: Implementation of the Project would not result in a change in air <br />traffic patterns that result in substantial safety risks. <br />Impact TT -4: Implementation of the Project would not substantially increase <br />hazards due to a design feature or incompatible uses. <br />Impact TT -5: Implementation of the Project would not result in inadequate <br />emergency access. <br />Impact TT -6: Implementation of the Project would not conflict with adopted <br />policies, plans, or programs supporting alternative transportation. <br />16. Utilities and Service Systems. These findings regarding the Project's potential impacts <br />relating to utilities and service systems are based on the analyses on pages 4.14-4 to 4.14-43 <br />of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact US -1: Implementation of the Project would not require new or expanded <br />water supply entitlements due to insufficient water supplies being available to serve <br />the project from existing entitlements and resources. <br />Impact US -2: Implementation of the Project would require the construction of new <br />water facilities, but the construction of such facilities would not cause significant <br />environmental effects. <br />Impact US -4: Implementation of the Project would not exceed wastewater <br />treatment requirements of the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board. <br />Impact US -5: Implementation of the Project would not require or result in the <br />construction of new wastewater treatment facilities or expansion of existing <br />facilities, the construction of which would cause significant environmental effects. <br />ATTY/RESO.0036/PC RESO CERTIFYING THE EIR — SOBRATO <br />REV: 04-29-19 PR <br />Page 14 of 29 <br />
