Amendments to the 2018-2022 consolidated plan and fiscal year 2018-2019 <br />annual action plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and <br />Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) (454) Reso 15775 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving amendments to the 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan <br />and Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Annual Action Plan for CDBG and HOME entitlement <br />funds and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute related <br />documents. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.P. Sanitary Sewer Connection and Service— 115 Harcross Road in Woodside, CA <br />(802) <br />Reso 15776 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to authorize City Manager to: <br />1. Permit the extension of sanitary sewer service outside the jurisdictional <br />boundaries to 115 Harcross Road (APN 069-041-100) in Woodside, CA pursuant <br />to Municipal Code Section 27.53; <br />2. Execute a Sanitary Sewer Utilities Maintenance Agreement with the property <br />owner of 115 Harcross Road (APN 069-041-100) in Woodside, CA <br />3. Submit an application to LAFCo requesting approval of extension of sewer <br />services outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries and outside the City's <br />Sphere of Influence pursuant to Government Code Section; and, <br />Find that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15303(d) <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 3.
