Hold a public hearing on proposed sewer rate increases; and <br />2. Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 27, <br />Article IX, Section 27.100 Sewer Service Charges of the Redwood City Municipal <br />Code. <br />CEQA: <br />Statutorily exempt from CEQA review pursuant to Public Resource Code section <br />21080(b)(8) <br />Motion and second, Reddy/Masur, to waive the first reading and introduce an <br />ordinance amending Chapter 27, Article IX, Section 27.100 Sewer Service <br />Charges of the Redwood City Municipal Code.
