Support coordinators, supervisors, managers, volunteers, and community partners <br />on programs, planning and trainings. <br />15. Provide assistance for a variety of assignments related to monitoring of budgets. <br />16. Serve as back-up for the program supervisor or coordinator in his/her absence. <br />17. Coordinate facility booking, scheduling, rental process and computerized <br />registration processes where applicable including direct coordination with other <br />City staff providing internal services. <br />18. Coordinate multiple sites with similar scope/requirements. <br />19. Coordinate recruitment and hiring, and assist with scheduling of part-time, <br />temporary staff to meet needs of City recreation facilities. <br />OTHER JOB RELATED DUTIES <br />1.
