<br />Linda Jolley stated she had not received a response from the City as Mayor Pierce <br />explained that staff is still gathering information. Ms. Jolley stated that many cities have <br />refused to recognize that there is always a percentage of the population that cannot <br />take care of themselves. Rather than assist folks, some cities choose to drive them out <br />of their cities. She read an excerpt from, the "California Drivers Handbook", referring to <br />getting off the road to sleep when tired. She stated that if the Police bother her again <br />she will sue the City. <br /> <br />MIS Aguirrellra to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by <br />title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. Item 6.1.B was <br />continued to a later date and Item 6.1.C was removed for separate consideration.
