ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY COUNCILI <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD <br /> <br />Matt Leddy speaking as a resident and a member of the Friends of Redwood City <br />applauded the City on its recent nomination of the Downtown Precise Plan as a Priority <br />Development Area (PDA). He explained the nomination process for the PDA program <br />and the Priority Conservation Area (PCA) program. He further announced that on <br />August 17, the Friends of Redwood City teamed up with five other local and regional <br />non-profit organizations to nominate Redwood City Baytront Tidal Plains as a Priority <br />Conservation Area.
