<br />ATTACHMENT <br />C <br /> <br />-,' <br /> <br />City Of East Palo Alto <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2483 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAST PALO <br />ALTO AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A <br />TECHNOLOGY SERVICES CONTRACT WITH THe CITY OF PALO ALTO <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2005-06 FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEeD <br />$333,000. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of East Palo Alto is need of technical assistance to <br />implement and support its technology resources; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto is qualified to continue to provide said <br />services. <br /> <br />'-.-- <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />East Palo Alto, California that the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into <br />agreement with the City of Palo Alto for police technology services and, for <br />general city technology services for an amount not to exceed $333,000. <br />IL t/(. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS'ryDAY OF July 2005 by the following <br />vote: .
