<br />including salaries and benefits of employees. <br /> <br />3. Direct external costs such as external contractors and equipment purchases on behalf of <br />EPA are borne by EPA. Information Technology services costs include those expenses <br />necessary to administer this Agreement. <br /> <br />4. Remote support will be billed in fifteen (15) minute intervals. <br /> <br />5. Terms of Payment. RWC shall invoice, equal amounts, in advance on the first of each <br />month. For example, should the contract be for an entire fiscal year, monthly invoices equal <br />to one-twelfth of the total estimated contract will be sent at the beginning of each month. <br />This amount will be determined should EPA and RWC agree to terms and decide to <br />proceed. As the date of execution isn't known, the number of hours estimated can't be <br />determined. However, it is expected EPA will require the following: <br /> <br />. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (except the above recognized holidays) on-site, <br />including PD. <br /> <br />. 6 hours a month for website support <br /> <br />If, for example, EPA and RWC agree to begin the first of August, EPA would agree to <br />purchase 165 (approximate number of hours per month on-site) plus 6 (web hours per <br />month) times $123.69 per hour, for a monthly invoice of $21,150. The total amount <br />estimated would be equal to $21,150 times 11 (months remaining in FY) $232,661. <br /> <br />6. Charges for other services and special projects: Additional hours for special projects <br />requested of RWC will be at the current rate in which the work was done and will be <br />invoiced in the month following the completion of the requested service or incurred expense. <br />Special projects are typically projects requested by EPA that require RWC resources well- <br />above the initially agreed upon five hours per week, and where EPA wants to save the five <br />hours for normal support, or where EPA wants RWC to track and invoice requested work <br />separate from normal invoicing. Special projects are subject to RWC staff availability. <br /> <br />External vendor charges and equipment purchases will be paid directly by EPA or <br /> <br />9 <br />
