The time frame for completion of the recodi ication and republication project is within 10 to 12 <br />months, excepting any delays occasioned by the City. <br />The City's participation in the Scope of Services for Codification & Republication of the code is <br />anticipated to be as follows: <br />Recodification and Republication <br />• Provide all ordinances and code material, preferably in WORD format; <br />• Provide images, graphics and tabular matter, preferably in original format; <br />• Be available to answer any questions from the Consultant's Attorney conducting the project; <br />• Attend the conference to discuss the findings of the Legal Memorandum; <br />• Work with the Consultant's Attorney to resolve the findings of the Legal Memorandum; <br />• Work with Consultant's to determine the desired formatting and style of the new code; <br />• Return the draft code to Consultant's with any revisions noted; <br />• Adopt the newly recodified code. <br />1. Amount and Method of Payment <br />A.
