Testing (UT -MT) Inspector certified by the American Welding Society <br />(AWS). <br />d. Structural Steel Bolting per American Institute of Steel Construction <br />(AISC) Standards. <br />e. Document test data and observations through daily and end -of -job <br />summary reports. Daily reports shall be submitted to the City on a daily <br />basis. Daily reports should describe the activities performed at the time of <br />field services. All report writing and office supervision expenses will also <br />be included in the hourly rate. <br />f. Deliverables: Field Inspection and Material Testing Reports. <br />The work shall be performed by qualified personnel with valid professional <br />licenses and certifications. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be <br />provided to City for verification. <br />TIME SCHEDULE: <br />The schedule for the work shall be on an on-call, as -needed basis.
