EXHIBIT B <br />FEE SCHEDULE: <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly basis, with a two (2) hour minimum charge per <br />inspection. The hourly rate of Eighty -Nine dollars ($89/hour) shown in the following <br />chart includes labor, reporting (preparation and delivery of testing reports), travel, <br />sampling, sample pick-up, core sampling technical supervision, testing equipment, <br />taxes, insurance and all other incidental charges and all other expenses. There shall be <br />no separate hourly rate or mileage charged for travel time.
