• WORKSTATION <br />• POSITION BINDER (CAN BE VIRTUAL) <br />• VEST <br />Activation: <br />J Check-in at the EOC <br />• FORM: ICS -211 <br />• FORM: ICS -205 <br />❑ Ascertain that key Building and Safety Department personnel are in the EOC or have been notified <br />❑ Ensure that all off-duty Building and Safety personnel have been notified of call-back status (when <br />they should report), in accordance with current department emergency procedures <br />❑ Ensure that all Building and Safety personnel have completed status checks on equipment, <br />facilities and operational capabilities <br />Response: <br />71 Coordinate with City Public Works Building and Safety Department regarding local jurisdictional <br />needs <br />❑ Activate the Damage/Safety Assessment Unit as needed <br />❑ Survey all local facilities, assessing the damage to such facilities and coordinating the repair of <br />damage <br />J Survey other infrastructure systems, such as local roads, bridges, sewer and water systems <br />within the City <br />❑ Activate the City Damage Assessment Plan. It should include inspection of the following critical <br />facilities (priority) and other facilities: <br />• EOC/DOCS <br />• Police stations <br />• Fire stations <br />• *Hospitals <br />• Congregate care facilities (including private schools, convalescent care facilities, board and <br />care facilities, day care centers, etc.) <br />• *Public schools <br />• Public Works facilities <br />• Potential Hazardous Materials facilities, including gas stations <br />• Designated shelters <br />• Unreinforced masonry buildings <br />• Concrete tilt -up buildings <br />• Multi -story structures—commercial, industrial and residential <br />• *Mobile homes/modular structures <br />• Single-family dwellings <br />C-57 <br />
