The EOC is operating at Level II (Alert Level) <br />❑ Continue to monitor the NWS for information on watches, warnings and alerts online at <br />https://www.weather.gov/forecastmaps and through other sources as necessary. <br />❑ Continue to monitor the NOAA for predicted tides online at <br />https:Htidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/tide_predictions.html and through other sources as <br />necessary. <br />❑ Continue public information activities through appropriate channels. <br />❑ Develop detours and emergency routing plans and be prepared to implement these plans. <br />❑ Determine potential shelter locations and alert facility owners. <br />❑ Alert relevant personnel of potential emergency duties. <br />Condition 1: An emergency flood event is imminent. The EOC is operating at Level III (Respond Level). <br />i❑ Continue to monitor the NWS for information on watches, warnings and alerts online at <br />https://www.weather.gov/forecastmaps and through other sources as necessary. <br />❑ Continue to monitor the NOAA for predicted tides online at <br />https:Htidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/tide_predictions.html and through other sources as <br />necessary. <br />❑ Activate the EOC and all necessary staff and commence action planning. <br />❑ Prepare for 24-hour operations of emergency response activities. <br />❑ Prepare to handle emergency transportation requests. <br />❑ Mobilize emergency response crews. <br />❑ Conduct public warning notifications through appropriate channels. <br />❑ Continue to determine potential shelter locations and to alert facility owners. <br />Initial Operational Objectives <br />• Use the EOP information collection plan to assess the incident. <br />• Determine any areas that require evacuation, including areas at risk of moisture -induced <br />landslides. <br />• Finalize and promulgate evacuation routes. <br />• Repair City -owned pumps and clear City -owned storm drains as needed. <br />• If water or wastewater service is lost, restore service as safe and feasible to do so. Coordinate <br />with PG&E and other utility provides to restore any other services that are experiencing <br />outages. <br />• Activate and open shelters as required. <br />D-20 <br />
