The Operations Section Chief leads the Strategy Meeting. <br />Resource availability and prioritization are reviewed. Resource assignments to support field elements will <br />consist of the kind, type and number of resources available and required to achieve the objectives for the <br />Operational Period. If the required resources will not be available, then an adjustment should be made to <br />the strategy being planned. It is critical that, to the extent possible, resource availability and the <br />availability of other required support be determined in advance of determining strategies for tactical <br />operations. <br />in <br />
