REV: 07-05-22 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following scope of services provides a high level list of strategies and <br />recommendations for further conversation and refinement. This short list of <br />recommendations was developed based on initial conversations to provide a general <br />level of service and broad level of capacities that Authority would have at their <br />disposal to further their communications goals and priorities to support member <br />agencies and could evolve based on continued discussions. <br />City understands Authority is seeking services within these following broad <br />areas: agency communications and branding; public relations and media relations; <br />website design and content development; advertising, digital marketing and social <br />media; and community outreach. <br />In addition to having access to high level management staff to act as advisors, <br />Authority would have access to and leverage City's well established and successful <br />communications tools and City will leverage relationships with member agencies to <br />share Authority news and information and enhance communications needs and <br />reach. <br />These tools include: digital email lists and branded templates for newsletters <br />and other digital marketing communications efforts; branding expertise; existing <br />social media channels including Nextdoor, Facebook, Twitter, lnstagram, Linkedln, <br />and Snapchat; neighborhood association leadership and other community <br />partnership networks to further support community outreach and ability to extend <br />Authority's reach through local partnerships; established media relationships , media <br />list and press release distribution. <br />The following list of activities will be included in the development of an Authority <br />communications plan that City will develop, in partnership with Authority's executive <br />leadership and staff. <br />AUTHORITY COMMUNICATIONS & BRANDING <br />Develop Authority's presentation templates and design <br />Discuss ways to develop tours and recommend communications strategies to <br />further expand this community engagement tool <br />Provide public information officer/spokesperson services <br />Develop and create fact sheets, design infographics and other Authority- <br />focused marketing materials <br />Develop key messaging and speech writing <br />Provide staff training on key messaging development and media training <br />Update emergency communications plan, crisis protocols and other <br />documents <br />ATTY/AGR.2022/Amend.
