A list of acceptable FOG disposal facilities needed to dispose of FOG <br />generated within the sanitary sewer service area; As part of the public <br />outreach, we need to make restaurants aware of the SBSA has a listed of <br />grease haulers & that SBSA accepts grease at their facility. <br /> <br />b. Implementation plan and schedule for a public education outreach program <br />that promotes proper disposal of FOG; <br /> <br />c. The current legal authority that is used to prohibit discharges to the system, <br />and identify any changes to the current ordinance. <br /> <br />i. Installation of grease removal devices <br /> <br />ii. Design standard requirements <br /> <br />iii. Maintenance requirem ents <br /> <br />iv. Record keeping and reporting requirements <br /> <br />v. Inspection authority <br /> <br />Task 5 <br /> <br />Inspection Food Services - this task will review current method used to inspect <br />facilities, the frequency of inspection and the overall coordination with SBSA. <br />SBSA's budget for fiscal year 07-08 - beginning July 1 will include one inspector <br />& a vehicle.
