ARTICLE 31 - TERM <br />31.1 The MOU entered into on the _ day of March 2019, and the amendments to the rules and regulations and <br />salary ordinance provisions enacted pursuant thereto; and, as reflected in this MOU shall remain in effect for <br />those employees employed in those classifications which comprise the SEIU Bargaining Unit for the period <br />February 1, 2019, to and including January 31, 2022. <br />31.2 The terms of this Agreement shall be effective upon the ratification by the bargaining unit and upon adoption <br />by the City Council except as otherwise provided by specific sections of this Agreement. <br />SERVICE EMPLOYEES <br />51 <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />Melissa Stevenson Diaz, C�ger <br />
