6.H. - Page 7 of 7 <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />Terms: <br />Consultant shall work a minimum of 20 hours per week and be available one day a <br />week at City Hall and other days as needed. <br />Consultant's services will be billed on an hourly rate of $175. Mileage to attend required <br />meetings is billed at $0.545 cents per mile. Consultant will not bill for travel time and <br />expenses to and from City Hall. <br />If permitted by the City Manager or designee, Consultant may use City vehicles for <br />attendance at meetings outside City Hall. <br />Out-of-pocket expenses for materials, meeting registrations, etc., shall be approved in <br />advance by the City Manager and/or Deputy City Manager. <br />REV: 07-16-19 RL <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 4 /Leslie Parks 158 <br />
