6.B. - Page 3 of 28 <br />• Technical studies for 1304 EI Camino Real (including air quality, arborist, historic, noise, and <br />transportation) <br />• Augment current scope to include 2019 CEQA Guidelines Appendix G checklist, 15183 consistency <br />analysis for 1304 EI Camino Real, and for Air Quality, Cultural Resources, Transportation, <br />Archeology, and Utilities analysis for the project EIR. <br />This additional work costs $439,702. This amount includes items listed in Attachment 1, Exhibit A (Scope <br />of Work), including Tasks 1-6, optional Tasks 7 and 9, and a fair share contribution towards optional Task <br />8. The Transportation Circulation Study (Task 8) is a broader analysis of the circulation network in this <br />area, which accounts for potential changes to the street grid resulting from implementation of the EI <br />Camino Real Corridor Plan, RWCmoves Citywide Transportation Plan, and potential grade separations. <br />The South Main Mixed -Use project would be analyzed against existing conditions and potential future <br />conditions, which would take into account this Transportation Circulation Study. <br />The original agreement of $482,548, plus the amended scope of work at $439,702, totals an amount not <br />to exceed $922,250. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />None.
