6.C. - Page 2 of 6 <br />SVCW has, or will soon, obtain the necessary easements from the residents, and the majority of City <br />owned parcels have existing public easements that the alignment can be located. The only City owned <br />parcel without an easement is the Dog Park located at 1393 Radio Road. In accordance with the City's <br />current practices, a public service easement will be recorded against the property to ensure that no <br />substantial improvements are constructed within the easement area. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably <br />foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
