By motion, approve the Final Map for 612 Jefferson Avenue. <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with <br />Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to the Affordability <br />Agreement and Affordability Covenant with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. <br />5.
