By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. 4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to the Affordability Agreement and Affordability Covenant with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. 5. By motion, authorize the City Manager to make any minor, clarifying and conforming changes to the agreements specified above as approved by the City Attorney.
