Grant application and project approval, 2019-20 Transportation Development <br />Act Article 3 (TDA3) Pedestrian and Bicycle Program <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, authorize the filing of an application for program funds available <br />under the 2019-20 TDA3 Pedestrian and Bicycle Program and commit to <br />completing the project if grant funding is awarded. <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute related grant documents. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G. Amendment No. 1 to the Geographic Information System software Enterprise <br />License Agreement for small governments with Environmental Systems <br />Research Institute, Inc. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) in the amount of $167,000 for a <br />total contract of $322,300 to license Geographic Information System software, <br />extend the ELA for a period of three years, and authorize the City Manager to <br />increase the amount of the amendment to the agreement, if necessary, up to <br />10% not to exceed $183,700. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H.
