Acceptance of donation for the Magical Bridge Playground Project from the <br />Magical Bridge Foundation <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the donation from the Magical Bridge Foundation of <br />artist/fabricator Jen Lewin's "Magical Harp and Light Pools" for the Magical <br />Bridge Playground's Innovation Zone. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities; Class 2. Replacement or <br />Reconstruction; Class 4. Minor Alterations to Land; Class 11. Accessory <br />Structures. <br />6.J. Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Downtown Streets Team, <br />Inc. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to sign an Agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and Downtown Streets Team, Inc. to create a <br />two-year pilot program that provides volunteer work experience for people <br />experiencing homelessness while contributing to beautification and clean-up <br />projects for the City. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K. Levy of benefit assessments for Fiscal Year 2019-20 Redwood Shores <br />Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to order the levy of benefit assessments for Fiscal Year 2019- <br />20 for the Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1 in the <br />amount of $269,946. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.L.
