WHEREAS, the Redwood Peninsula EIR and the Technical Addendum together <br />constitute the "Project EIR"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Project EIR incorporates two studies, the "Traffic Impact <br />Study" prepared by Fehr and Peers & Associates, transportation consultants (November <br />15, 1995) and the "Airport Land Use and Safety Study" prepared by P & D Consultants, <br />Inc. (May 6, 1996); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY ACTING AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The foregoing recitals are true and factual and hereby incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2. GID 1-64 has received and reviewed the Project EIR and has <br />considered the environmental effects of the Project as shown in the Project EIR. The <br />Project EIR is adequate for use by GID 1-64. <br /> <br /> Section 3. GID 1-64 hereby finds that there are no feasible alternatives or <br />feasible mitigation measures within its powers that would substantially lessen or avoid <br />any significant effect the Project would have on the environment. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
