REV: 07-15-2021 RL Contractor will provide support services to assist Team Members in transitioning to permanent employment. Such services may include job search classes and personalized job search support, employment development, developing internship placements, developing mentor opportunities, and case management for employment related activities. Contractor may also utilize Streets Team Enterprises, the contractor’s employment social enterprise as a second tier on the ladder for Team Members to step up into employment utilizing the knowledge, skills and life experience to support the work to be provided for the City while eventually transitioning to permanent employment. 3. Unless terminated earlier, the term of this Amendment will be a period of one year from the effective date of this Amendment. Including all amendments, through Amendment No.2, the total term of this Agreement is three years from the Effective Date of this Agreement. 4. If all Parties agree, electronic signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. Each Party intends to be bound by the signatures on the electronic document, is aware that the other Parties will rely on the electronic signatures, and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement based on the use of an electronic signature. After all Parties agree to the use of electronic signatures, all Parties must sign the document electronically. 5. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. 6. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. 7.The individuals executing this Amendment and the instruments referenced in it on behalf of Consultant each represent and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Consultant to the terms and conditions of this Amendment.
