The South Bayside System Authority will <br />provide wastewater treatment capacity. It is not currently in violation of any regional <br />water quality requirements, and has sufficient capacity to provide wastewater treatment <br />for the Project without violating regional water quality requirements. (See the recent <br />study completed by Brian Kangas Foulk entitled "Study to Determine Future Redwood <br />Shores Properties' Sewer Treatment Capacity Requirements," dated November 22, 1995, <br />which is on file with the City Planning Department and is hereby incorporated by <br />reference.) <br /> <br /> Finding (5): Although the Project Environmental Impact Report ("EIW') <br />(consisting of the EIR for the General Plan Revision for Redwood Peninsula and the <br />Addendum prepared for the Project) determined that the Project will have significant <br />environmental effects, the City adopted findings that specific economic, social, or other <br />considerations justified the City's decision to approve the Project. The "Findings, Facts <br />in Support of Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations Regarding the <br />Environmental Impact Report for the Electronic Arts Headquarters Master Plan" hereby <br />are incorporated by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
