MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM
FOR THE ELECTRONIC ARTS HEADQUARTERS MASTER PLAN

1.0 INTRODUCTION

When an Environmental Impact Report ("EIR") identifies measures to
avoid or mitigate potentially significant effects on the environment, a mitigation
monitoring or reporting program must be prepared.

Tb.e EIR for the El~o."Jc .axts H~'~4q'~ters M~t~,r Plan ("Pro3ect")
consists of the EIR for the General Plan for the Redwood Peninsula ("Redwood
Peninsula EIR") and the Addendum prepared for the Project.

The following section identifies (1) mitigation measures for the Proj eot; (2)
whether each mitigation measure will be enforced through the terms of the
Development Agreement ("DA") or the Planned Development Permit ("PDP");
(3) when the measures will be enforced (e.g., prior to the issuance of building
permits); and (4) the department responsible for enforcing the condition (e.g.,
Planning Department, Building Department.)

2.0 MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM

2.1 Geotechnical Problems: Increased Exposure to Seismic Risk

2.1.1 Mitigation Measure: Comply with all recommendations of the
Project geotechnical report.

2.1.2 Enforcement: PDPcondition.
2.1.3 Timing: During construction.
2.1.4 Responsible Department: Community Development.

2.2 Geotechnical Problems: Settlement

2.2.1 Mitigation Measure: Comply with all recommendations of the
Project geotechnical report.

2.2.2 Enforcement: PDP condition.
2.2.3 Timing: During construction
2.2.4 Responsible Department: Community Development.

E×HIBITB
