INSTRUCTIONS TO PROSPECTIVE CONSULTANTS <br />A. EXAMINATION OF RFQ DOCUMENTS <br />Before submitting a quote, Consultants should read this RFQ carefully and inform themselves <br />completely of all details outlined herein. The submission of a quote shall be deemed a <br />representation and certification by the Consultant that: <br />• Consultant has carefully read and fully understands the information provided by the <br />City to serve as the basis for submission of the quote; <br />• Consultant has the capability to successfully undertake and complete the <br />responsibilities and obligations of the quote being submitted; <br />• All information contained in the quote is true and correct; <br />• Consultant did not, in any way, collude, conspire, or agree, directly or indirectly, with <br />any person, firm, corporation or other Consultant in regard to the amount, terms or <br />conditions of the quote; and <br />• Consultant acknowledges that the City has the right to make any inquiry it deems <br />appropriate to substantiate or supplement information supplied by Consultant, <br />Consultant grants the City permission to make these inquiries, and Consultant will <br />provide any and all related documentation in a timely manner. <br />INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION <br />SECURITY CAMERA INFRASTRUCTURE <br />5 OF 23 <br />130 <br />
