The July 22 staff report explaining the revisions <br />as originally proposed is attached to this report (Attachment B). Additional revisions made by the City <br />Council at its July 22 meeting are summarized below. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The amendments contained in the draft Ordinance (Attachment A) bring the City's Accessory Dwelling <br />Unit ordinance into compliance with state law, amend the second -story ADU height limit above a <br />detached garage to 20 feet, limit square footage above detached garages, prohibit roof decks and <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore <br />216 <br />
