6.113. - Page 6 of 8 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Microfiche, Microfilm and Aperture Cards <br />To cover the costs for the completion of digitizing the microfiche, microfilm and aperture <br />cards, an additional cost of $85,110.95, in addition to the previously approved amount <br />of $108,258.30, shall be paid by the City for a total amount of $193,369.25. <br />Document Scanning: Police Department <br />Approximately 30,000 to 40,000 pages of police department paper documents will be <br />scanned to PDF and indexed by case number and address. The estimated time of <br />completion is 2-3 months with an estimated cost of $13,096.00. <br />Document Scanning: Engineering Division <br />Approximately two (2) block books will be scanned and indexed by block book number <br />and page number. The estimated completion is 2-3 months with an estimated cost of <br />$3,250.55 <br />Document Scanning: Building and Planning Divisions <br />Project plans of various sizes located in the Building and Planning Divisions will be <br />scanned and indexed by permit number and address.
