That means that <br />under the proposal, a 10,000 square foot lot could have a 4,000 square foot home. The Council will discuss the <br />Planning Commission's recommendations on August 26th, and your thoughts will be considered. <br />Regarding your questions on ADUs, at the last Council meeting, the Council voted for restrictions on the size of <br />second story ADUs, while easing some restrictions on one story ADUs.
