6.F. - Page 2 of 13 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The original agreement with ESA was in the amount of $337,010, Amendment No. 1 in the amount of <br />$72,980, and Amendment No. 2 is a not -to -exceed amount of $115,737 for a total aggregate of $525,727. <br />The project is a "cost recovery" project; the costs associated with the original agreement and the <br />amendments will be paid by the City through a deposit account funded by project applicant.
