<br />6.3 Section - Resolutions <br /> <br />A. Annexation of Assessor's Parcel Number 058-040-190 to the Oak Knoll Sewer <br />Maintenance District <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Adopt a resolution approving the sewer annexation of APN 058-040-190 to the Oak <br />Knoll Sewer Maintenance District subject to the following conditions. <br />1. Property owner pays a sewer connection fee of $550.00 per connection to the <br />City. <br />2. The property owner agrees to consent to future annexation of the property to <br />the City. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 14812 CONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF <br />TERRITORY TO OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNEXATION AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br />B. Approval of Master Agreement for Federal-aid to transportation projects and <br />approval of Program Supplement Agreement No. N003 for grant funding of the <br />2006-2007 Street Overlay Project. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />1. Approve, by resolution, the Master Agreement (Administering Agency-State <br />Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects) No. 04-5029R for Federal/State funding of <br />local transportation projects; and authorize the City Manager to execute same <br />and amendments thereto. <br /> <br />2.
